I am most famous for my ability to distinguish. Distinguishing is a rare capacity, the ability to tell the forest from the tree. It is solidly based on the ability to peel off layers so one can get to the root… and often below the level that used to be considered the root. Layer below layer below layer.
This past week I had the good fortune to go deeper yet again.
According to google this is a big issue for people… and it is rightly so. Living with the spirit languishing, living with the spirit playing possum is no way to live. And yet, to one degree or another each of us has this issue.
I have gotten through this issue… and my spirit is alive and well… and I am committed, COMMITTED to teach it to you, so you can have what I have, without getting to be my age.

People search for that, the vibration of money… I guess because “gurus” say: get into the vibration of what you want.
Great sentence, except it doesn’t mean anything… and therefore it is impossible to follow.
But if, for a moment, I didn’t mock it, but started to look what it might mean that could be useful is this: although money doesn’t have vibration, it has some rules it follows, it has some strong likes and dislikes. And it is worth knowing those, if you intend to increase the amount of money that flows through you.
The level of evolution where you are is called human. The next level is called human being.
I know, I know, everyone says, even the dictionary, that you are a human being, but it’s a misnomer.

Even more than at the beginning of spring… the calendar is telling you that hopefully 2015 will be different.
You will lose the weight, you will find the job of your dreams, you will get out of debt, you will start that business, you will find the love of your life.

OK… The email was a market research. I wanted to find out what people who just signed up for some freebie think about me, or supporting me.
I got my answer. From now on I will make it harder for people to sign up to my email list, to get any of my free products, because my list is full of freebie seekers, gossip seekers, and that is what I suspected, and consequently found out.
I know, it was unorthodox, and if you are one of my students, you got scared. I apologize, I should have only sent the question to people who aren’t my students. Duh, I wasn’t thinking.
Isn’t more the merrier?
I mean subscribers, readers… No, by no means.
Their energy dilutes the message. I wish I could share with you some of the hate mail I got… lol.

I had this insight in that theta brain state in the morning when I was about to wake up…
I have been struggling with acid reflux. It started about three weeks ago when I started to enjoy some jam on my toast again in the morning.
I forgot why I’d stopped using anything that has fruit in it… the fructose! duh.
But then, in this half dream half awake state, the insights came.
I have a client who can only whisper, because his vocal cord got damaged…
And there is this other client who has a tumor in his throat…

In this article I will give you a few pointers for an examined life… because an examined life is a high vibration life.
Your vibration cannot be higher than the vibration of your life.
Let’s start with three exercises: I have done them myself this morning… As you will see, these exercises will successfully start you on the path of raising the vibration of your life… to an examined life
